Cindy picht, MA, LPC, ACS, bCPC - Director and Co-Founder
Do you have a nagging feeling that something isn't quite right? Do you feel there is an obstacle that keeps you from being the best you can be? Are you ready to work through the obstacles? I have helped countless individuals work through painful memories of childhood to have a more content and peaceful past and present. I've helped people who previously could not overcome abuse and trauma in their lives to be able to have good relationships with their family and friends and be free from the past trauma. I have helped people understand that they are not alone and that there is hope. I have done this, not only with my skills, but also with compassion, understanding and encouragement. I provide individual, couple and family counseling as would be best for your situation. I have been a guest speaker on topics such as anxiety, stress, depression and trauma in schools, colleges, churches and in the community.
My areas of focus include:
- trauma and abuse
- grief and loss
- pre-marital counseling using the PREPARE/ENRICH
- Christian counseling
- crisis intervention
